The pure aluminum core is fused between the durable magnetic stainless exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food. The long, stay-cool stainless steel handle is fastened with non-corrosive rivets. Shiny stainless steel lid fits tight. Dishwasher-safe.
