These surfaces are the perfect fit for the environmentally conscious epicure. As the name suggests, these surfaces are made with recycled cardboard, giving them a warm, natural nutmeg appearance. Aside from NSF approval, these recycled surfaces boast all of the features of other Epicurean Cutting Surfaces® products including stain and heat resistance, knife kindliness, and the ability to wash in the dishwasher. The Recycled Cardboard Surfaces feature a new design with a squared silhouette.
