A layer of pure aluminum rests between the nonstick cooking surface and an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel. Designed to perform on all conventional ranges including induction cooktops. Heat spreads quickly and evenly to produce superior results. Each piece features a long, stay cool handle with a thumb indent for comfort and ergonomics. The stainless steel lids are well-fitted to keep moisture in.
