Treat family and friends to the warmth, aroma and good cheer of hot mulled cider. This package contains enough mulling spice for 5 gallons of beverage or 80 eight-ounce servings.  To mull one gallon of cider (16 servings), combine 1/3 cup of spice mix and one crushed cinnamon stick with the cider in a large kettle.  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.  Strain the cider as you pour it into heated mugs.  Garnish with a clove-studded orange slice.  Stir and enjoy!
