This rare gourmet vinegar has been aged in oak barrels and is considered one of the oldest vinegars i the world.  The Solera aging process allows for a limited release of 6 liters each year, proudly presented in these small bottles.  Just a few drops are sufficient to give the finest flavors to your favorite dishes.
