2 to 3 Chicken Breasts ~ Cut into Cubes
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Ginger ~ Grated
4 Cloves of Garlic ~ Chopped
1 Small Onion ~ Chopped
1/2 Cup of Honey
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 1/2 to 2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup of Butter ~ Melted
1/8 Cup of Flour
1 Head of Iceburg Lettuce ~ Cut in half and separated
Toppings For Lettuce Wraps:
Onions, Cucumber, Carrot, Cheese, and anything you think you would like on top of the chicken.
Method:
Cook the chicken in a large frying pan for about 8 minutes, then add the next 3 ingredients and cook for about 1 minute. Then add the next 3 ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes. In a small sauce pan, cook the butter and flour together for about 1 minute. Then add the flour mixture to the chicken mixture and cook until thickened. Serve the chicken in the lettuce pieces and top with your favorite toppings.
Serving Suggestions: Basmati Rice.
