1 lb. Green Peas (can use frozen peas)
1/2 lb. Pearl Onions
Unsalted Butter
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Parlsley to garnish
METHOD:
In a medium saucepan boil 2-3 cups of water. Peel skins off of pearl onions and drop into boiling water. Allow to cook at medium-high heat until onions begin to soften. Add peas and cook for about 7-8 minutes. Strain with a slotted spoon into a serving dish and top with butter, salt and freshly ground pepper before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
