Makes about 1 Cup
½ Cup Mayonnaise ½ Cup Sour Cream 1 Tbs. Sugar 1 Tbs. Curry Powder 1 Tbs. Shallot, grated 1 Tbs. Cider Vinegar 1 tsp. Garlic, grated 1 tsp. Prepared Horseradish ½ tsp. Salt
METHOD: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to blend. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving. This dip may be stored in the refrigerator, overed, for up to two days.
