The hinged, floating cover adjusts to the thickness of food being cooked for direct contact grilling and sandwich making. Non-stick grill and griddle plates are removable, and the cooking plates drain grease away for healthy cooking. Two adjustable temperature controls include indication lights for convenience.
Simply change
