The distinct high quality and flavoring of this Edmond Fallot Seed Style Mustard
is due to the traditional grinding of themustard seeds with silex
grindstones. Since 1840, the stone mill now run by Edmond Fallot's
great grandson and located in the famous Beaune town of Burgundy has
earned high regards for its world renowned Dijon mustards. Still using
antique millstones to grind allow them to avoid overheating the seeds
and altering their delicate taste. Mixed with verjus extracted from
Burgundy grapes these time-tested recipes pack the true Dijon mustard
taste. A real companion for any food lover.
The sieving process is by-passed for this mustard leaving in it the remaining shells of mustard seeds.
