A delicious aged cheese that’s similar to Parmiggiano Reggiano, but a little softer and a little creamier!  Gran Padano is also a Designated Origin of Protection (D.O.P.) cheese, imported from Italy, that’s been made the same way for hundreds of years.  Use as you would Parmesan cheese, grated over pastas, pizzas and more, or simply broken off in small chunks for nibbling.  Delicious!
