Syrah is Cliff Creek's Signature Wine.  Cliff Creek is dedicated to making their estate grown Syrah full-bodied and able to stand the test of time.  At first pour, it is the color that draws you in; it is rich and thick - as the say, wine has legs.  The aromas of blackberry compote fill the bouquet.  Take a sip and you will be hooked.  It is a mouthful of berry flavors with elegant and complex structure that finishes long.  This Syrah is great alone or pair it with a blue cheese, lamb, or steak and let's not forget a piece of fine chocolate.  If you are patient enough to wait a few years - this wine will only get better.
